Dear Editor, In response to a letter from Ruth Lott published on June 18th, 2025 in the Whitehall Ledger, it should be pointed out that Karoline Leavitt did not say "America cannot function if President Trump has to deal with co-equal branches of government having the ability to check his power," or anything close to that.
