    On Thursday of last week, Governor Steve Bullock declared a state of emergency to exist within the state of Montana related to the communicable disease COVID-19 novel coronavirus.     A high-level Barrick Gold official is optimistic about the planned TSF 1 Tailings Reprocessing project at the Golden Sunlight Mine near Whitehall.     The Jefferson Valley Museum will begin its 25th year with the annual meeting on Thursday, April 2nd at the Star Theatre in Whitehall. Extra health precautions are planned to help protect those who attend. Proceedings begin at 6:45 PM with a short meeting followed by a history program.     A little over five years ago Melissa and I went to go watch a UFC fight card in Las Vegas that featured Conor McGregor as well as many other well-known MMA fighters.
