Whitehall resident Marge Rankin and her late husband, artist Jerry Rankin, are huge supporters of the arts in Basin. LEGACY - Works from the Garage - a sale of work generously donated by the Rankins to benefit and promote the arts in Basin , opened June 29th at the Refuge Gallery in Basin.
