Over the past few years, I offered health coaching services and health and cooking classes to the Whitehall community on a small scale. Now I am excited to announce that I am teaming up with my dear friends and fellow health warriors, Johanna Paulston and Missy Snitko to expand and create Sage Wellness Center.
