Whitehall School District cuts two from its teaching staff - Sandi Mabbott and Britta Oliverson - due to enrollment drop and a budget shortfall. The two were not renewed without cause due to a budget shortfall of about $75,000 in the elementary school. Both were non-tenured teachers.
