Mental Health Class Set for June 7

Sage Wellness Center will present a class on Mental Health Through Energy-Based Modalities on Tuesday, June 7th at 6:30 p.m. The class will be held at The Education Station, 7 W. Legion.

In this powerful class we will share:

• Common underlying causes of mental and emotional issues like anxiety, depression, mood imbalances, and ADD/ADHD.
