Holiday Stress Relief Yoga Class December 10th
Lou Rae Yoga and Sage Wellness Center will be holding a Holiday Stress Relief Kriya Yoga Class on Saturday, December 10th from 10 AM to 12 PM at The Education Station, located on the corner of Legion and Division.
Instructor Lauren Rae Bleck will guide participants through breath, postures, and a final meditation designed to increase vitality and reduce stress during the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. She will conclude the class with a relaxing sound bath. All levels of yoga students are welcomed and supported.
