Women's Circle at Sage Wellness Center

Sage Wellness Center is hosting a Women’s Circle on Monday, October 30th, from 6-8 p.m. This women’s circle will be casual and supportive, offering real-life solutions for the overwhelm we can all feel, especially around this time of year.

We all struggle with burnout as women, and especially as wives and mothers. We’ll explore how we can take cues from the seasons to ease the overwhelm we often feel. We will discuss ways we can create space for slowing down and create rhythms and routines to make the busy season of school, sports, and holidays less stressful.
