JEFFERSON COUNTY: Jefferson County Justice Court is seeking a temporary part-time administrative clerk to assist with the operations of the court for approximately 12 months. This position may, per county policy, become a permanent full-time position after that 12 month period. Position will provide administrative support for the Justice Court. Position is for 20 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays. Position requires knowledge and experience with modern office management procedures; knowledge of Microsoft Office/WP/Word. Must communicate effectively orally and in writing with correct grammar and composition. Position must have excellent public service skills. These skills may be demonstrated through education, experience, training or a combination of all three. High school diploma with one year experience in general office practices preferred.
