The governing body voted unanimously last week to start taking a closer look at both issues.     The Star Theater in Whitehall is once again helping give back local community with this week's Toys for Tots fundraiser. The charity event is scheduled for Friday, November 22 to Sunday, November 24 at the theater located at 25 W. Legion in Whitehall.     10 Whitehall High School graduate and current Dickinson State University runner Hunter Flynn has once again qualified for the NAIA National Cross Country Championships. Flynn will be competing this Friday at the event in Vancouver, Washington after qualifying November 8th at the North Star Conference Championships in Forest City, Iowa.     On the evening of Friday, November 15 between 11 pm and midnight, a small silver crossover SUV drove south down Main Street and straight through the elementary school fence. The chain-link fence is certain to have caused noticeable damage and scratching to the vehicle's paint. In addition, the vehicle's small rear antenna was broken off and left at the scene.
