Clifford Dean Miller, 76, passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 23, 2025, in Caldwell, Idaho. Dean was born on June 7, 1948, to Homer and Selma Miller in Whitehall, Montana. He went by his middle name, Dean. He was the third oldest child out of seven children. He attended Cardwell Grade School and Whitehall High School, graduating in 1967.
