    The Whitehall Garden Club (WGC) celebrated its 5th Annual Arbor Day on Friday, April 25th, in the Whitehall Community Center. Diane Ward, President of the Montana Federation of Garden Clubs, welcomed everyone by giving a Proclamation recognizing Arbor Day, its history, future, and how trees can solve climate change.
