    The longest running youth rodeo in the state of Montana, the BY's 4-H Club Youth Rodeo is scheduled to take place May 4 at the Whitehall Rodeo Grounds. The grand entry for the 57th BY's Rodeo is scheduled for 9:45 a.m. with action set to begin at 10 a.m. According to organizers, in 1962 members of the BY's 4-H Club organized a youth rodeo, never knowing it would be such a long running and well-known rodeo.     A gun show is returning to Whitehall for the first time since 2017. The Whitehall Gun Show is scheduled to take place Friday, September 13 to Sunday, September 15 at the Community Center located at 11. N Division. The bi-annual shows sponsored by the Whitehall VFW and American Legion Post, and the Weapons Collectors Society of Montana were cancelled in 2018.     I'm not sure of how old I was, but I remember as a kid spending a great deal of time with my Uncle Howie. It was always a lot of fun until he brought out his records.     Whitehall High School Track Coach Dan Lacey was very pleased with his teams performance last week at the Manhattan Christian meet in Bozeman. The Lady Trojans ended the day in third place while the boys finished in fifth.     Tyler J Lack, 33 of Whitehall passed away April 20 at St. Patrick’s Hospital in Missoula. Tyler was born in Pasco, Washington and moved to Whitehall with his family at age nine. He is a 2004 graduate of Whitehall High School. His passion was playing guitar alongside his best friend and dog Checkers. Tyler loved music, movies, and playing video games.
