After making history last summer as the first team of Gallatin Valley All-Stars to win the state tournament, this group of boys and their coaches returned to the baseball field this summer and did it again. Isaac Skogen, Wesley Biggers, Michael Reiff, Miles Hoerauf, Kyle Denny, and Leo Scafani represented Whitehall well. The Whitehall Trojan Wrestling team traveled to the Butte Civic Center February 4-5 for the Class B/C Western Divisionals. This tournament consisted of the 24 class B and C wrestling teams in the western half of the state. With 223 wrestlers competing, this was the largest class B/C tournament in the state this year. The Whitehall wrestling team finished their home schedule last Friday. In the mixer with Dillon and Butte High JV, Whitehall came to compete. On January 15 and 16 the Whitehall Independent Pool League (WIPL) hosted the 19th Annual Memorial Pool Tournament. The tournament is held in memory of Cory Bishop, Steve Dyson, and Dave McLaughlin.
