Borden's Corner owners Marion and Duane Alberts reopened the restaurant, located inside Whitehall's historic Bordens Hotel, on Monday, August 28. Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks has closed fishing on the entire Big Hole and Jefferson Rivers due to low stream flows. The closure began at midnight on August 23. The Bureau of Land Management’s Butte Field Office is temporarily closing Ringing Rocks Road in Jefferson County to protect public safety while active construction occurs on the road.
