After the May 3 School Board election vote, it is official that James Reiff and Jenelle White were reelected for their three-year terms, while Bobbi Wagner retained her two-year term. Reiff and White had been up against newcomer Pod Moriarty. The longest running youth rodeo in the state of Montana, the BY's 4-H Club Youth Rodeo, is scheduled to take place May 7 at the Whitehall Rodeo Grounds. According to organizers, in 1962 members of the BY's 4-H Club organized a youth rodeo, never knowing it would be such a long running and well-known rodeo. Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks is seeking public comment on proposals for mountain lion quotas and special limited licenses, trumpeter swan reintroductions, new Rainbow Lake fishing regulations, and pheasant releases.
