Dear Editor, I am a bit cautious about writing such a letter, on what could be a very touchy issue, but the growing lack of public restrooms in Whitehall is a bit distressing! It’s an emotionally stressful time for this Editor - my son turned 18 this month, my niece graduated this past Sunday, and my son and his many wonderful friends will graduate this coming Sunday.
